Man Says Cops Used Stun Gun On Him During Seizure
He was zapped by a police stun gun 11 times, and that’s not all. The suburban man was already suffering from a diabetic seizure. He talked on camera for the first time about the frightening mistake he says police made, and how it changed his life forever. CBS 2’s Suzanne Le Mignot reports.
